Mcleod-Inn - Kandy

Basic accommodation with views of the lake, enjoyed it. The staff was always nice who can put together a fantastic feast on request; marvellous and amazing location. In fact, the property was very close to the hill into town, and a quiet uphill overviewing Kandy lake.

The accommodation was functional and comfortable really close to Nuwara Eliya, and Kandy lake. The breakfast was lovely with great coffee, views over Kandy, amazing view, had a quite comfortable stay for great value.

The room was a nice size with a comfy bed and had coffee/tea makers. The hotel's location was magnificent and unbeatable, within a short walk to attractions like the temple of the tooth and Kandyan dancing show.

Stayed in a lovely area, exceptional location. Not to mention amazing beach, situated close to the venue. Has beautifully designed room, adequate lighting.

This place is in a great location, just a short distance from the Temple of the Tooth and the town center. The rooms are simple and affordable, but offer a beautiful view. Plus, they have international channels for entertainment and serve a varied breakfast.

I recently stayed at the charming McLeod-Inn for one night. The hospitality was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The contemporary decor added a cool touch, and my room had a balcony with a stunning view of the lake. The breakfast provided was both generous and delicious, and the location was conveniently close to the town center. It was a peaceful spot, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring. I even had the pleasure of seeing a group of monkeys pass through. Lastly, I appreciated that the owner, Ashan, takes care of street dogs in the area.
